I: You are just a religious fanatic!

A: I don't know if fanatic is the right word, but I am surely concerned for good reasons (as any open-minded should). Would you agree that studying a career is good and having a job is important? If you do, then you should know that people do it because they need to feed their body, but I tell you that we also need to feed our spirit. Most people are more concern for their body, but I am more concern for my spirit because the spirit is eternal and my flesh is not.

(John 6:63): The Spirit is the One who gives life. The flesh doesn’t help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.

I would consider myself a fool if I ever put my most important priorities in life under my secondary things in life. So if studying a career or heaving a job is not a fanatic issue, but a needed one; then why do you consider working my spirit is a fanatic one? Quite the contrary, priorities are the most important things to work out the most, over the second ones. Of course, with this I am not saying that you shouldn't concern for secondary things, all I am saying is that never put secondary things above the first ones. Just respect the sequence of priorities in accordance to that which is eternal and not temporal...and you will be with a great peace of mind and heart.
