Keep in mind that this is my own idea on how this illusion works (I never saw one in person), but I guess is a matter of common sense when you understand the limits of human contortion.
This animation took me over a moth to accomplish it since I build the whole animation, rendering, textures, modeling, audio and video editing on my own.
